Adv Vikramaditya Chouhan

Adv Vikramaditya Chouhan is a Chancellor’s Gold Medal winning legal professional with an LL.M. from Jindal Global Law School and a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from SRM University. He has gained diverse experience through internships with top law firms in India, the UAE, the UK, and the US, enhancing his expertise in international law, criminal law, and dispute resolution. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association and the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court. Vikramaditya has also undertaken vocational training at Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited, a government enterprise.
He has attended prestigious courses at institutions such as Yale University, Case Western Reserve University, and Fordham Law School, expanding his knowledge in international criminal law and political ethics. His leadership skills are reflected in his roles as Student Coordinator for his final year and Student Convener for both the Debate Society and Human Rights Society. Additionally, he has represented India at the International 5th Asian Dragon Boat Championship and has excelled in various sports competitions, including winning a Gold Medal in the National Games.
Vikramaditya is also an active researcher, with published articles in prominent legal journals on topics such as bail laws and criminal justice. His academic and extracurricular achievements demonstrate his commitment to excellence and continuous personal development. He is deeply passionate about the law, justice, and contributing to societal progress through his work.
Adv Anil Mehta

Anil Mehta is a distinguished legal professional with over 16 years of practice before the Punjab & Haryana High Court. A graduate of the Army Institute of Law, Mohali, he further enhanced his expertise with a diploma in Corporate Laws and Governance from the London School of Economics, and a certification in Cyber Laws.
He currently serves as Special Counsel to the Directorate of Enforcement and as Special Public Prosecutor before the Special Court under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Over the course of his career, he has held key government positions including Deputy Advocate General for Haryana, Additional Government Pleader for the Union Territory of Chandigarh, and Senior Standing Counsel for the UT Administration.
His core areas of practice include constitutional and human rights law, civil and land disputes, service law, corporate criminal litigation, arbitration, and environmental law. Mr. Mehta is empanelled with prominent institutions such as Punjab National Bank, BHEL, NHAI, FCI, and several universities, reflecting his broad expertise and trusted legal counsel across both public and private sectors.

He has gained immense experience of litigation by working in various law chambers, at District, High and Supreme Court. Throughout the law school he has actively participated in research, legal aid, moot courts for sharpening his legal skills.
